After logging in, click "Report Waste", upload a photo of the incident, select the category/volume, and pin the location on the map.
You can report illegal dumping, uncollected roadside trash, overflowing bins, hazardous/chemical waste, construction debris, and blocked drainage canals.
If another resident has already logged an incident within 50 meters of your coordinates, the system lets you "Support" the existing report to boost dispatch priority.
Yes! Click "Report as Guest" on the homepage. You will receive a unique tracking reference code to check your report status anytime.
Hotspots are automatically plotted by clustering verified reports geographically, guiding municipal dump trucks to priority zones.
